14-07-2017 CLUB REDEVELOPMENT PROGRESS – UPDATE

Progress update Phase 1.

Doors and frames all fixed and fitted.
Shower rooms are tiled and grouted.
The vinyl flooring is progressing well with the showers, 6 changing rooms and toilets, and 2 refs rooms completed.

The corridor and final rooms will be completed by Monday.

All first and second fix plumbing, mechanical and electrical services are complete, that includes Conditioned Air heating, radiators, toilets, basins and toilets.
Electrically all circuits are completed for power, lighting and alarms are installed including light fittings hand dryers and sockets.
All circuits will be controlled by sensors to save electricity.

The plant room is now being wired and piped and boilers, water cylinders and tanks installed.

The ceilings, walls and woodwork are nearly all painted with only a small amount to be finished.

Progress is good and we are working to a completion mid August ready for the first practice games

We have excavated a trench to take the new Gas main from the road to the new plant room (phase 1) and kitchen (phase3).

Work has started this week putting the precast concrete floor beams in, with approx 50% completed.
