14-08-2017 CLUB REDEVELOPMENT PROGRESS – UPDATE

Update on Phase 1.

We are approaching completion.

Boilers commissioned and the under-floor plumbing and drainage to toilets and showers is complete.

The new stairs to both players entrances are in and being adjusted.

The external timber Shiplap to pitch one is having its final coat of black paint today, the external doors and windows are fixed and will be painted tomorrow by the Tuesday crew, now they are mostly all back from holiday.

The painters have started to apply the Blue coat to the walls to dado height to changing rooms and the toilet partitions are being fixed today and tomorrow.

We hope to be able to release the first 2 changing rooms for training tomorrow night.

Update on Phase 2.

The PCC floor is down, insulation and mesh will go down this week and the concrete will be laid next week.
