Richard Derry, a long-standing vice president and former player and coach, was elected as chairman in succession to Andrew Fearn who becomes vice chairman.

The other new directors elected were Pete Mitchell, Matthew Cove, Alan Staines and Alex Jackson.

President Alan Swain was elected for a further term alongside secretary Nick Poulson.

Matt Clark was elected as a vice president alongside Nick Codd and Chris Coen.

A new life member was also elected in Bob Crowe for his distinguished service to the club as a player and official including a term as president.

The meeting also agreed that subscription rates should remain unchanged.

They are: playing members £160, non-playing £110, students £85, mini and youth membership (adult and one child in youth membership) £110, mini and youth membership (adult and two or more children) £170.
