Recently it has been brought to our notice that a number of our members are not receiving emails sent out from the Club Web Site.
This an important communication system used by the Club, Its Coaches, Managers etc to keep you informed, and it is obviously important that you ensure your address held on the Clubs Web site is correct.
With the Clubs AGM approaching we would like you to ensure that your email address is correct, ASAP.
In addition to posting the notices of the AGM on our Web Site we also send out the notices via this email system so it is important that you check your email address is correct.
In many cases the reason for the emails not reaching members is because they have changed their email addresses and not updated their profile on the Clubs Web Site.
We have also been notified that one of the major Phone companies is to close its email service at the end of May. This means that people using that Company’s Email addresses will no longer receive emails addressed to addresses associated with that company’s email system.
If your email address ends with one of the following you must change (ASAP) your email to another provider AND you MUST change your email address on your profile, on the Clubs Web site
( Orange.net, Orangehome.co.uk, Wanadoo.co.uk, Freeserve.co.uk,
Fsbusiness.co.uk, Fslife.co.uk, Fsmail.net, Fsworld.co.uk, Fsnet.co.uk )
So now is a good time for us all to check and amend our email addresses
on the clubs Official Web Site ( www.newarkrugby.com )

Once you have updated your email address on the Clubs Web site you should start to receive the clubs weekly summary emails which, normally, are automatically sent out on a Tuesday Morning.
If you do not receive them in your Inbox then please check your Spam/Junk folders and if there please set your system to treat them as “Safe Senders”
If you do not receive them please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your details (Name Phone number & the email address you have set on your profile). With details of any problems you may have had changing the Address.
