Newark 2nd XV overcame West Bridgford 2s 38 - 29 in an entertaining Pennant match on another rain swept Saturday afternoon,
The Referee let play carry on to entertain a noisy crowd of 1st team supporters in the greasy conditions.
The 1st XVs game was called off due to frozen pitch at Ashbourne just after the Bus had arrived at Kelham Rd 11am for the away game.
Afterwards Newark's new clubroom was turned into a centre of Xmas revelry with Santa's and Elves performing acts of Bravado, Boat Races & festive singing.

Bit of a Pantomime I'd say. !!!??
