Mike gave great service to the club over many years.
Initially, a hard and clever wing forward who often featured for the first team into the mid-sixties.
He then took up the whistle and refereed the club’s lower sides.

He also organised the rota for the Club referees and was always willing to chat over decisions in the bar afterwards in a social and companionable manner.

The Club offers its sympathy and condolences to his widow, Diz, and family.

Funeral service at Sherwood Forest Crematorium, Ollerton, on Friday, August 17, at 1.30pm.
