The menu is confirmed as:
Beef Bourguignon
Slow cooked chunks of prime beef, cooked in red wine with garlic, smoked bacon, baby onions and button mushrooms, in a rich beef stock glaze
Served with roasted root vegetables and rosemary mash.
Followed by
A Cheese Platter with biscuits, grapes and celery
Timings are 12.30pm arrival for lunch at 1pm.
Costs are £200 for a table of 10 or individual places can be booked at £20 per head.
