I am pleased to let you know that the 4th stage of the Tour of Britain cycle race is coming to Newark and Sherwood on Wednesday 6th September. Please check out the website for more details - http://www.tourofbritain.co.uk/stages/stage-four/

The race will be finishing at Sconce Park, Newark and the site will be animated with a big screen, stage, hospitality and activities but to make this all happen and keep the route safe, we need an army of people to volunteer and act as stewards.

Full briefings/training will be provided nearer the time but this is a great opportunity to have a front row seat and get involved in a national event in your local community.
