At the highly enjoyable fund raising event last night, the Club made a donation of £2,500 towards the Victoria Lyon foundation.
The charity fund raising relating to the match at Twickenham 2 months ago was so successful that it provided a surplus, which the Club decided to donate towards Victoria's foundation.
Howard Lyon was the grateful recipient of the cheque and, for once in his life, he was short of words!
