The kitchen and kitchen store have had easy clean White wall boarding stuck to the walls, the extract canopy is finally in (one arrived from Italy that was dented, so we sent it back) the electrics second fix is ongoing.

The floor goes down next Friday and Saturday.

The bar arrives on Monday for installation.

The main club room ceilings are ongoing.

The feature downstand ceilings are complete and plastered, the lay in grid to the upper ceiling areas is ongoing and about 50% complete.

The walls are plastered and door frames and doors are hung.

The movable screen arrives in two weeks and the flooring starts in 10 days. It’s a busy time as we push to complete.

This week we have concreted the road end entrance / exit annex floor.

The roof and gutters are fixed and they are now busy building the walls and cladding the sides with black cladding to match the rest of the building.

This annex will include two toilets, one of accessible size plus a large store room for tables and chairs when not in use in the dining room.

We are a bit behind programme with this building but we hope to have it substantially complete for the opening ceremony on 29th September.
