Newark Festival

What a way to finish our u12 season. A slow start from both squads saw them bot loose their opening games against Oakham 1 - 0.
Once everyone woke up and got sun sun on the faces, the rugby started flowing.
Everyone played brilliantly with some fantastic passing and flowing moves to allow lots of trys to be scored. Both squads defended fantastically only conceding a few try through the whole tournament.

However it was the final game that really mattered - Newark Blue vs Newark Green. Sorry Paul!
The boys all played fantastically against each other however Will Ls lovely jinking try for the Blues, was not enough to prevent Kier scoring his second try of the game in the final , before the hooter, moment to claim the victory for the GREENS final score 2 -1
