I am sorry to report that our GS 1st Team, having led the field in yesterday’s Peberdy Cup at BPGC for almost all of the day with an impressive 92 pts, were pipped at the post by the penultimate 4B who came up on the rails with an incredible 96pts. Certainly the highest score that I can recall in a BPGC Open.

However, Charles Hine with Paul Adams, Simon Smellie and Robin Hounsfield had the consolation of winning the Burton Bros Best Turned Out Team Award.
