SYSTON II 47 - NEWARK II 03

The Newark second team run of 3 wins on the bounce came to a thumping end, against a Syston side strengthened by half a dozen first team players?

Despite this the young Newark side played with great pride and determination. This was another good test and will hopefully give the side the base for the visit of Mansfield next weekend.

Noteable performances included; Gareth Bartsch, Rhys Overland, Jason Barnsdale and Alex Jackson.
