We need you to help the Club and its Managers and Coaches with the massive task of SELECTION and of course the Fixture Secretary when planning future Fixtures.

The Clubs web site is set up to help with this but it does need YOUR help.

HOW CAN YOU DO THAT?

You can set your Availability for Games well in front of the Dates they are to be played (See below for the link to “how to do it”).

This allows Managers & Coaches etc to plan for the future Games.

If you receive a message asking you to SET YOUR AVAILABILITY OR CONFIRM YOU CAN PLAY then PLEASE REPLY ON THE WEB SITE, PLEASE DON'T IGNORE IT

ONCE A TEAM HAS BEEN SELECTED the lists are published on the Web Site and an EMAIL MESSAGE IS SENT TO ALL PLAYERS SELECTED (That’s those that have enrolled on the site with a valid Email address).

IT IS IMPORTANT that you reply to this message on the WEB SITE (By clicking on the link within the EMAIL message) to let your Managers/Coaches etc. know that you are available

Remember that there are Loads of people that each week are selected to play and if you can ensure that you have set your availability via the Web Site and if SELECTED confirm your availability via the Web Site you CAN SAVE AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF CHASING AROUND AND ADMIN.

Your Managers/Coaches/Captains can, 24/7, view/print the lists on the site to see who has bothered to set AVAILABILITY or CONFIRM THEY CAN PLAY etc. and thus it helps them to plan for the Games and cuts out a lot of chasing around.

SO PLEASE HELP

SET YOUR AVAILABILITY AND PLEASE REPLY (ON THE WEB SITE) TO MESSAGES RE SELECTION

AND HELP GET THIS IMPORTANT SELECTION SYSTEM RUNNING SMOOTHLY

You can use your PC, Laptop, IPad, Smart Phone, Iphone to set and reply on the site and IPHONE/IPAD users have their own App which helps them do all this (Android App on its way)

Any Player/Manager/Coach not able to do any of the above please send an Email to perks@newarkrugby.com with a brief description of the problem you find when you try to do it and I will try to sort it out for you.

Remember you do need to be enrolled on the Web Site and you must be Logged in
