With the new season due to kick-off in September, Newark’s girls are looking to hit the ground running with their pre-season training due to start on Thursday July 4th at 7pm.

Sessions generally last about an hour and half and will take place every Thursday at 7pm.

The girls are always looking for new team-mates so if you fancy giving rugby a try and will be going into school years 7 to 13 please join us at Kelham Road.

The Girls Section at Newark Rugby Club is a wonderful place to make friends, get fit and to be a part of something really special. Girls rugby is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and there is no better place to try it than at Newark. You won’t find a more welcoming or encouraging Club.

But don’t just take our word for it, why not come down to the Club, give it a try and see for yourself. Pre-season training is a great time to give rugby a go. There is a focus on skills, fitness and just having fun! All you need is a pair of trainers and clothes you are comfortable running around in and sessions are free until the season starts in September!
