I’m pleased to announce that Roland Daniels has been appointed to the position of Referee and Match Official Coordinator for Mini & Youth Section with immediate effect.

Roland will work with the Mini & Youth Age groups to;

• Identification, recruitment and develop Referee and Match Officials

• Manage and develop the Club's Young Match Official programme in partnership with the CB

• Help source and Coordinate Match Official CPD and Training with Andy Rush our Club coaching coordinator

• Enhancing Law knowledge and application amongst M, Y & G Coaches

Rowland is a active level 2 referee who has been gaining experience refereeing across many age groups at Newark.

He has two sons who play within the Youth section and his eldest son’s age group were the first year to adopt the then “new” Specific RFU age grade Laws – so over the last decade Rowland has built up refereeing experience across all the age groups with the law variations.
