Newark RUFC is proud to be one of the fastest-growing clubs in the region – and nowhere is that growth more exciting than in our Women and Girls section.

For the first time ever, we’ll be running two senior women’s teams in the 2025/26 season, with over 40 players already training – and more joining every week.
With the Women’s Rugby World Cup kicking off on 22nd August, we’re expecting even more interest across our junior girls’ teams.

To support this incredible growth, we need more volunteer coaches and support team members.

No prior coaching experience? No problem. If you’ve got passion, energy, and a willingness to get involved, we’ll provide full support, mentoring, and training.

The rewards are huge:
• Watch players develop their skills and confidence
• Help create lifelong friendships and team spirit
• Be part of improving mental and physical wellbeing through sport
• Make a lasting difference in the lives of young women and girls in our community

Whether you can help once a week or more regularly, your time and commitment will be truly valued.
The senior Women train on a Wednesday evening, the Girls on a Thursday. Matches are mainly played on a Sunday.
