The Girls Section at Newark Rugby Club is a wonderful place to make friends, get fit and to
be a part of something really special.
Girls rugby is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and there is no better place to try it than at Newark.
You won’t find a more welcoming or encouraging Club.
But don’t just take our word for it, why not come down to the Club, give it a try and see for yourself.
Pre-season training is a great time to give rugby a go.
There is a focus on skills, fitness and just having fun!
All you need is a pair of trainers and clothes you are comfortable running around in.
Sessions are running every Thursday from 7pm until 8:30pm for school years 7 to 13.
