This session is ideal for coaches, players, and support staff from across the club who want to learn more about injury prevention, smarter training, and performance preparation.
Evening Schedule:
6:30pm – Meet & greet
7:00pm – 15-minute presentation (TV monitor required)
7:15pm – Outdoor practical session (30–40 mins)
8:00pm – Back inside for group reflection and Q&A
8:30pm – Finish
Jon will focus on one of the following areas, tailored for our club:
1. How to physically prepare for the game this pre-season
2. Speed and Agility: the forgotten pillar of injury prevention
3. How to avoid over or undertraining
4. Simple ways to stay injury-free this season
5. Train like you play: why sport-specific beats generic training
This event is part of our ongoing Coach Development Programme and a fantastic opportunity for all teams and age groups to learn from one of the best in the field.
