Whilst the results did not go to plan and Southwell left Kelham Road with both the Kelham Bridge Jug and Cup, we would like to thank every single person from both clubs who turned up to support and contribute to what was a very special day.

These days do not happen by chance.

A huge thank you to all our players for their efforts. Most are already thinking about the return fixture in April.

Thank you to Lost Village for the use of their marquee. To Jamie, Gaz, Ian and members of our U16 squad, thank you for giving up four hours of your day to help with car parking. We had room for just three more cars on site as the first XV kicked off, which we have never seen before.

To our sponsors, the Cartledge family and Agrovista, thank you for your additional support. To Chef, Ann and Debs, thank you for a quite incredible shift over 48 hours. To our pitch team, thank you for producing two outstanding surfaces for the lads to play on. And finally, to the Tuesday team for completing the clean-up, which is no small job.
