Youth fitness going from strength to strength

(U13’s to U16’s Boy’s & Girls)

Pre-season Youth training is proving to be very popular with over 60 U13’s to U16’s Boys and Girls attending Tuesday's and Thursdays @ 6.30pm - All players welcome

The sessions are led by Stuart Birch (pictured above) our Head of Performance for both the Senior and Youth sections.

Stu is helping our Youth section players to improve fitness levels in preparation for another great season ahead at Kelham road, sessions will run right through the Summer holidays until next season starts in early September.

Remember there’s no additional cost to players for the fitness sessions - so make the effort to come down and have some fun with your team mates!
